Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a relaxing jacuzzi. My first stay, the staff helped me with a room issue at night. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Our stay was good! The huge, comfortable room and the beautiful vintage train ride. Breakfast was a fun buffet with lots of options, but dinner didn't impress. I'd definitely return!

Had a very nice stay, the hotel is unusual and exceptionally comfortable.
This hotel was enjoyable base for exploring Williams, truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was great and excellent, the check in was quick. Besides, the free parking was a real bonus. The location was marvellous for walking around A Historic 130-Mile Scenic Railroad. Moreover, it's really close to train station and Grand Canyon and Route 66 and the railway.

It was less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed shopping downtown and found the route 66 memories. It had just great local color downtown with all those quaint stores. Having the train there was also a good thing. Something my husband and I talked about later. We did get to see the train when we got to the Grand Canyon.
We were told to come in a side door. There were lots of construction work going on our side of the building. Luckily there were not down to our room but the stair way door was always propped open. I worried about safety and why it was propped open. Too bad an elevator is not down there at that corner. I felt it needed a elevator.

Lovely Family Getaway!
Our family enjoyed a good stay! The dinner buffet was awesome. Every dish was appetizing. After a snowstorm, the staff were really nice, helping us dig out, their kindness really stood out! Great train ride to the Grand Canyon. Perfect for families!

I booked thru your service, I didn't know about some things, like that I could have obtained meal vouchers,

The beds were soooo comfortable; linens soft and fresh and pillows fabulous. I stay at many 4 star hotels so I know what I'm talking about. We couldn't wait to get into bed and relax! Thank you.
Plastic, individually wrapped cups, etc. I understand the reasoning but a bit tacky and downgrades your efforts to spruce up the feel of the hotel.

The grilled fish was a total delight, perfectly crisp and bursting with flavor! Plus, the location is walkable to all the local gems. The vintage train experience is definitely worth the trip, too.
The breakfast buffet was a letdown. For nearly $20, we expected more than canned fruit and empty trays. Skipped the onsite dining after that and found a local spot that served up deliciousness at a fraction of the cost.
